Magnificent location in Hayling island, courteous staff, everything was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed looking at street from the window of the twin room. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was reasonably priced. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was exceptional. Furthermore, the parking was onsite and convenient. All I could ask for, great value.
